ABOUT GHTASC
Team Credence is proudly led by Credence Management Solutions (Credence) and our highly esteemed partners: The Public Health Institute (PHI); a thought leader in public health globally through its advocacy, research, and programming; EnCompass, experts in human capital and workforce development; and IBTCI, a long-standing GH operational supporter of Offices and Missions worldwide.
Team Credence manages the Global Health Training, Advisory and Support Contract (GHTASC) project, which promotes effective global health programming and advances the mission of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and Bureau for Global Health (GH) through workforce development and institutional support services from junior, mid-level, senior, and expert advisory and assistance professionals.
Our combined 20+ years of public health expertise with human capital and workforce development innovations, supported by predictive analytics and real-time management dashboards, will create a new model for how GH plans, recruits, manages, trains, and upskills its workforce to keep it nimble and diverse. Central to our approach is Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and our Employee Experience (EX) Approach, which uses techniques that encourage leadership-at-all-levels, values diverse voices, and embraces the co-creation of a results-oriented and appreciative organizational culture. This enables us to collaboratively build an inclusive work environment that creates a more engaged workforce, streamlines team management, and builds cohesion.
Through GHTASC, Team Credence will ensure GH has in place a best-in-class institutional support mechanism that provides the right experts at the right time with the right skills to support existing global health programs and rapidly respond to emerging global health threats. Our team will support the Administrator’s goals for transforming USAID’s Workforce and the GH’s Transformation Plan though targeted program of Professional Development, Organizational Development, and Individual Learning to better align workforce expertise with necessary skill sets to advance global health programming in the 21st century. We are honored and thrilled to support the GH workforce, approximately 1,000 strong, in delivering and supporting its vision and mission across the globe.
Credence has held 10 USAID prime contracts that supported 9 Bureaus and Independent Offices, receiving Exceptional CPARs on every contract. Collectively, Team Credence has performed as prime on 6 Institutional Support Contracts with GH over more than 20 years. This, combined with our over 40 years of global health experience and thousands of health professionals that we have supported in over 80 countries, provides us with a unique combination of public health, human capacity, and workforce development expertise to support GH’s mission of preventing child and maternal deaths; controlling the HIV/AIDS epidemic; and combating infectious diseases.
As a testament to our focus on creating exceptional company cultures, Team Credence partners have each been recognized by multiple sources as Top Workplaces for employees, and each bring diverse perspectives to meeting the overall objectives of GHTASC and the modern GH workforce.
Outstanding service to our customers and making an impact is what drives us, and we are inspired to serve GHTASC and be a partner to USAID's success in improving health and the quality of lives of vulnerable people around the world.
